Booking Cancellation

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible by WhatsApp, phone, or email.

Cancellations by the Customer

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity may be eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity may not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations by Timlaline

In the event of unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel or reschedule an activity. If we cancel your booking, you may choose to:

  • Reschedule your activity for another available date.
  • Receive a full refund for any amount paid in advance.

Booking Modifications

If you need to change the date or time of your booking, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
