Our Refund Policy

At Timlaline, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process for all our guests.

Eligible Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel your booking at least 12 hours before the scheduled activity.
  • Timlaline cancels the activity due to unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Refunds are not available if:

  • You cancel your booking less than 12 hours before the scheduled activity.
  • You leave the activity after it has started.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking whenever possible.

  • Bank transfer payments will be refunded by bank transfer.
  • Cash payments will be refunded in an agreed manner with our team.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment method.

Rescheduling Instead of a Refund

If you cannot attend your activity, we recommend contacting us at least 12 hours in advance. Whenever possible, we will help you reschedule your booking to another available date.
